As a Brokerage Coordinator for the GGR team at Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix, Brenda provides comprehensive operational and transaction support, helping facilitate industrial and corporate real estate assignments from inception through closing. She is responsible for coordinating the preparation of transaction documents, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), listing agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other key commercial real estate documentation.
