Dorota has 20 years of experience working on a variety of airport facilities projects. Her work includes planning and development efforts at Los Angeles, Ontario, Sacramento, San Diego, and Phoenix commercial service airports; at general aviation airports in California and New York; and land use analysis for developments on and off airport property.

Dorota has led master planning studies, provided regulatory evaluation for environmental documents, and acted as the airport owner’s representative on airport construction projects. Dorota worked with the Ontario International Airport Authority as a Program Manager during its transfer of ownership from LAWA to OIAA. She structured new project management and procurement processes and managed the engineering and environmental departments.

Dorota is focused on evaluating the land use compatibility of development projects in the vicinity of airports across California and identifying the highest and best of land for air cargo, general aviation, ground support and aircraft maintenance services.
