Elliot holds the position of Appraiser within the Valuation & Advisory Department, based out of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office. In this role, Elliot collaborates with a team of appraisers, researchers, and administrators dedicated to completing a diverse range of appraisal and consulting assignments throughout Southern California. 

Elliot’s geographical reach extends throughout San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernadino, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. His portfolio showcases an extensive variety of completed assignments including the valuation of property types that include multi-family, industrial, office, shopping centers, self-storage, RV & boat storage, automotive dealerships, marinas, and vacant land. In addition, he has completed more unique valuation and consulting assignments including proposed developments, redevelopments, ground lease and sandwich lease positions, and fair market rent determinations. Elliot is also a member of the National Self-Storage Practice Group.  

Elliot has completed the educational requirements to become a Candidate for Designation of the Appraisal Institute and is currently pursuing the MAI designation. Accredited educational courses include Advanced Income Capitalization, Quantitative Analysis, Advanced Concepts and Case Studies, and Advanced Market Analysis & Highest and Best Use. 

Before joining the Valuation & Advisory Department, Elliot gained invaluable experience during a three-year tenure in Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services Department, also based in San Diego. This role provided him with a profound understanding of operating budget compilation, the review of complex commercial lease agreements, and common area maintenance reconciliations.
