Gus Weaver joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office in 2024 as an Associate, where he is part of the multidisciplinary advisory group led by Helen Paul and Rico Murtha. The team specializes in occupier representation, property valuation, and strategic advisory across industrial, flex, and land products throughout New York City and the Outer Boroughs. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gus built a foundation in New York City retail and underwriting structured finance transactions. His specialties include market research, business development, and asset underwriting, equipping him to deliver insights and customized solutions for clients navigating the complexities of the New York market. 

Gus is a licensed salesperson in the State of New York. He received his B.A. in Data Analytics from Miami University. 

Originally from New Jersey, Gus enjoys fishing, running, and surfing in his free time.
