About

Jon currently serves as a Transaction Manager for the JPMorgan Chase account. His responsibilities include management and execution of lease renewals for retail locations on the east coast. Jon is also leading a market expansion project with new builds in Birmingham, AL and assisting in site selection and lease negotiation. Additionally, Jon is currently supporting the accounts receivable team for work with direct and sublease tenants.

Jon joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 and quickly established himself as a results-oriented associate by completing 114 lease renewals within the first 5 months and has now completed over 250 transactions, including new builds, relocations, dispositions, and lease renewals. He is thoroughly experienced in market research, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management, client relations, and peer leadership. He is driven by a high standard of excellence and motivated to lead others to accomplish the same.

Jon was instrumental in an early response strategy development for a COVID Rent Relief program for a client. As a result, Jon was selected from over 1,700 other associates as a recipient of the 2020 PSC Client Advocacy Award.
