Melissa A. Moore is an FHA approved appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc. and is with the Orlando Valuation & Advisory office. Ms. Moore handles the residential appraisal reviews for Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, Ms. Moore was employed by Barfield & Associates, Inc, as an appraiser/reviewer from 2005 through 2015.

Ms. Moore has performed appraisal assignments in the State of Florida for individuals, attorneys, corporations, investors, developers, lending institutions, loan servicers and various federal, state, and local governmental agencies for valuation, evaluation and analysis assignments. Ms. Moore has extensive experience evaluating property types including single family residence-existing, proposed and under construction, farms, small income residential properties (2-4 units), manufactured housing & modular homes, condos, Real Estate Owned (REO) assets.
