Nicholas J. Pavlakovich has been with the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado (previously Cushman Realty Corporation) since 1990. Mr. Pavlakovich has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office leasing. Mr. Pavlakovich has successfully negotiated transactions totaling in excess of 30 million square feet and totaling over $6 billion over his career and has been the #1 Office Broker in the Denver Office 16 out of the last 20 years.

DMCAR (Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors) awarded Mr. Pavlakovich “Top Office Broker” in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2018. NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) has nominated Mr. Pavlakovich as “Office Broker of the Year” thirteen times and he has been selected in 2003, 2005, 2013 and 2016. The Denver Business Journal recognized Mr. Pavlakovich as a “Top Office Broker” on numerous occasions since 1995 and consistently ranked him in the top ten annual “Heavy Hitters” from 1995-2022. Mr. Pavlakovich has been recognized by Cushman & Wakefield as the #1 broker in the Western Region in 2001 and 2010, #1 broker in the Denver office in 2001, 2003, 2009, 2016 and 2018, and “Top 100” in the Americas during 2002-2003, 2005-2010, 2013-2016 and 2018.

Mr. Pavlakovich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Community Involvement

Mr. Pavlakovich is a former board member of the March of Dimes and a former committee member for the Budget and Finance Committee for Regis Jesuit High School. He currently serves on the Investment Committee for Regis Jesuit High School.
