Nicholas J. Pavlakovich is Vice Chairman in the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado (previously Cushman Realty Corporation), where he has been since 1990. Mr. Pavlakovich has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office leasing. He has successfully negotiated transactions (leases and sales) in excess of 30 million square feet and totaling over $10 billion during his career.
Mr. Pavlakovich’s extensive experience encompasses landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. Previously, Mr. Pavlakovich held senior real estate positions with Fuller & Company, Denver and Van Schaack & Company, Denver. During his tenure with Van Schaack & Company, he was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” and a consistent “Top Five Producer.” As a leasing and sales professional with Fuller & Company, he achieved recognition for outstanding performance as a consistent member of the “Million Dollar Club.” Mr. Pavlakovich has been recognized by Cushman & Wakefield as the #1 broker in the Western Region in 2001 and 2010, #1 broker in the Denver office in 2001, 2003, 2009, 2016 and 2018 and “Top 100” in the Americas during 2002, 2003, 2005-2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018.
DMCAR (Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors) awarded Mr. Pavlakovich “Top Office Broker” in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2011 and 2018. NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) has nominated Mr. Pavlakovich as “Office Broker of the Year” thirteen times and he has been selected in 2003, 2005, 2013, 2016 and most recently, 2018.
The Denver Business Journal recognized Mr. Pavlakovich as a “Top Office Broker” on numerous occasions from 1995-2018 and consistently ranked him in the top ten annual “Heavy Hitters” from 1995-2018. He was also nominated as a Powerbook Broker by the Denver Business Journal in 2012.
Mr. Pavlakovich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Mr. Pavlakovich is a former board member of the March of Dimes and a former committee member for the Budget and Finance Committee for Regis Jesuit High School. He also served as Co-Chair on the Office Council of The Downtown Denver Partnership. He currently serves on the Investment Committee for Regis Jesuit High School.
