About
Ocea Huggins is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations for the Cushman & Wakefield Orlando and Jacksonville offices. As the Operations Manager, Mrs. Huggins’s daily responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, supervising administrative support staff, new hire processing, developing and tracking budgets, invoicing, payroll, purchasing, communications, management reports, all aspects of building operations, and basic human resources. Her main initiative for all locations is to drive business objectives and activities, while maintaining overall efficiency. She consistently aligns company resources to ensure client satisfaction and helps to execute Florida’s aggressive growth strategy.
Mrs. Huggins joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2025. Her previous experience includes over eight years Operations Management with Marcus & Millichap. Born in South Florida and raised in Central Florida, Mrs. Huggins is deeply rooted in the community and actively serves in a variety of volunteer roles.
