About
Robert Moorman resumed his career with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. April of 2021 as the Quality Control Lead for the Southwest Region.
Mr. Moorman has been in the real estate industry since 1983. His most recent position prior to re-joining Cushman & Wakefield was Chief Appraiser at MountainSeed AMC. From 2012 to 2015 Mr. Moorman served as a highly qualified, valued member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Appraisal Management Specialty Practice Group, Dispute Analysis & Litigation Specialty Practice Group, Senior Housing/Healthcare Specialty Practice Group and the Quality Control Committee.
Mr. Moorman has conducted research, prepared appraisals, reviewed, consulted and/or made inspections of numerous property types which include a wide variety of both commercial and residential land; subdivisions; multi-family apartments; single-family residences; condominiums; planned unit developments; townhouses; low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) apartments; government and/or senior housing healthcare facilities (age restricted, assisted living, independent care, skilled nursing, retirement, hospital); auto dealerships; hotels/motels; parking garages and surface lots; industrial properties (heavy manufacturing, office/warehouse, transit terminal/cross-dock, flex-space, distribution); research and development (R&D) facilities; mobile home parks; self-storage; office buildings; medical offices; restaurants; right-of-way takings; service stations; convenience stores; car washes; bowling alleys; daycare facilities; schools and college campuses; retail properties (strip, neighborhood, community, life-style, malls); golf courses; quarries; special purpose facilities; and various other stand-alone commercial properties.
In addition, Mr. Moorman has provided litigation consulting support on property diminution to corporations due to explosions, building line disputes and fire damage. His litigation consulting services have repeatedly been utilized where real estate is involved for divorce proceedings and miscellaneous litigation and mediation proceedings.
Mr. Moorman serves in the capacity of appraisal quality control which includes a wide variety of property types and is focused in the 6 States where he is a general state certified/licensed appraiser.
