Over the past 28 years, Rod has established, owned and operated businesses in 7 States including several high-volume, highly successful franchises in the Greater Buffalo Area. His experience as both a landlord and commercial tenant gives him a unique perspective from both sides of the commercial real estate equation.

Rod spent the majority of his career in the commercial fitness industry, and first came to Buffalo in 2001 as a franchise representative looking for expansion / acquisition opportunities for one of the largest and most respected names in the industry. During that initial 5-month project, he became enamored with the history, architecture and potential business opportunities in the area, and after several more visits decided to move his family from Southern California to Buffalo in 2004.

Specializing in retail leasing and business development, Rod is always willing to evaluate and offer assistance to potential clients, whether looking to buy, lease, sell, expand or contract your property or business needs in this post-pandemic economy.

In addition to being a huge Buffalo Bills fan, Rod is a health and wellness advocate, is a member of several boards and is actively involved with his children’s youth hockey, lacrosse and soccer clubs.
