Stephen Mauriello is a Director within the Valuation & Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc., located in Orlando, Florida. Before joining the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield, he worked as a Senior Loan Consultant with the firm from October 2005 through April 2006. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Mauriello was a Loan Officer with Washington Mutual Savings & Loan from April 2004 through September 2005. From March 1998 through April 2004 he was employed by Astoria Federal Savings & Loan. Mr. Mauriello has performed appraisal, feasibility, and consulting assignments throughout the State of Florida for individuals, attorneys, corporations, investors, developers, lending institutions, loan servicers, and various federal, state, and local governmental agencies for valuation, evaluation, and analysis assignments. He has worked on various property types including commercial, golf courses, hotel/motel, industrial, multifamily housing, office, residential and vacant land.
