Operations Manager • United States
Tammy Carrion is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations for the Cushman & Wakefield Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens offices. As the Operations Manager, Ms. Carrion’s daily responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, supervising administrative support staff, new hire processing, developing and tracking budgets, invoicing, payroll, purchasing, communications, management reports, and all aspects of building operations and basic human resources. Her main initiative for all locations is to drive business objectives and activities, while maintaining overall efficiency. She consistently aligns company resources to ensure client satisfaction and helps to execute Florida’s aggressive growth strategy.
Ms. Carrion joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. Her previous experience includes over eight years in accounting and managerial roles for legal firms in Florida, New Jersey and New York, where she specialized in upgrading systems and streamlining accounting processes to improve productivity.
