Victor’s career began in 2005 with Darwin Realty & Development in Chicago with a focus on representing owners and occupants of industrial buildings across Chicagoland.
In 2012, Victor relocated to the Bay Area where he began his focus of representing owners and occupants along the South 880 Corridor (Hayward, Union City, Newark, Fremont, Milpitas, and North San Jose). He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant representation, landlord/seller representation, site selection for development, and investment property acquisitions/dispositions.
In his 15 year career, Victor has facilitated and closed over $400,000,000 worth of transactions ($276,000,000 since 2012) totaling 5,157,000 sq. ft. and 72 Acres of land sold/leased.
Victor represents the real estate interests for a variety of entrepreneurs, corporations, individual and institutional investors while utilizing and leveraging the powerful Cushman & Wakefield network and resources on their behalf. Victor works closely with his customers to ensure that the end result is satisfactory for all parties involved in the transaction.
