Emma is an associate in the Life Sciences and Healthcare team. She has 11 years of agency experience having previously focused on Central London Agency.

Emma joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 as part of the graduate programme and having spent time in Investment and Lease Advisory. She specialises in Healthcare and Life Science Agency.

Emma has expertise in leasing, preletting and development consultancy. She has advised on large Central London developments including London Bridge City, Westfield Stratford, Here East, North Quay, Canary Wharf.

Emma was part of the Cushman & Wakefield team that leased 300,000 sq ft in London Bridge City earning Cushman & Wakefield the Costar award for Southbank’s most active agent. She was part of the team that advised on the development of a technology cluster and ecosystem in Here East which is a 1.2 million sq ft campus home to UCL and Loughborough University. Acting for Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan she has provided leasing advice on Angel Court, a 300,000 sq ft office development in the City of London.

Emma provides advice to Westfield on their 600,000 sq ft development “M7” in Stratford leasing 350,000 sq ft to HMRC. In addition she was part of the team that has successful completed the regear of 550,000 sq ft for Norges Bank in the BAML campus at 2 King Edward Street, EC4.

Emma is advising Canary Wharf Group on the development of a Life Science Campus at their site on North Quay totalling 3 million sq ft.

She is also advising on the 90,000 medical campus at Chilcomb Park where Healthshare have taken a 30,000 sq ft diagnostics centre.
