Laura McVitty is a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) Team, delivering project execution across all geographies. Laura works closely with global corporate occupiers to create and deliver international property strategies in line with their operational and business objectives supported by proactive portfolio planning to mitigate risk.
Laura has worked with a wide range of occupiers to develop their transaction process. Leader of best practice to ensure continuous process improvements, performance and efficiencies, Laura advises occupiers who are specifically looking to implement structure and governance into their real estate decision making, ensuring clients are able to adopt these processes whilst remaining agile especially in supporting those clients who are seeing rapid growth and expansion.
