Brenton Wold

General Manager, Asset Services • United States

Brent Wold is an experienced professional with a 20+ year background in commercial real estate.  He has developed a reputation for providing strong operational and financial controls stemming from his experience in construction management and working for institutional clients.

Currently Mr. Wold is the General Manager for a 928,000 square foot Class B office park owned by BPG Properties. In addition, he recently finished an 8 year assignment as Senior Property Manager for a 300,000 square foot Class A office building owned by MetLife.  He earned the highest tenant satisfaction rating three years running—even during the Elevator Modernization project and commissioning of a new cooling tower.

Brent launched his career through a commercial construction company and transitioned into property management in the role of Operations Manager at a 600,000 square foot Class A office property in downtown St. Paul. His strong operational background led him to oversee and manage a 20-building, one million square foot industrial portfolio with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. These previous experiences included protracted and complicated sales transactions and positioned him to be an ideal candidate for C&W and the opportunity to manage for MetLife
