About

Mr. Harris joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2013, with the Valuation & Advisory Hospitality & Gaming Practice Group. He specializes in the hotel and resort segment with valuation and feasibility applications throughout the West Coast, but primarily in Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, from 2004 to 2012, Mr. Harris worked on a wide array of appraisal and consulting assignments of all major property types. Specialties over this period included office, retail, and industrial valuation with a significant application of Argus modeling. In 2011, he began focusing on litigation support, arbitration, and eminent domain. Valuation assignments ranged from complex land to special-purpose assets including school, datacenter, self-storage, prison, and automobile dealership property types.

Clients include lenders, developers, government agencies, publicly traded REITs, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, private partnerships, attorneys, and family trusts. Buck Harris, MAI, is a court qualified expert witness with experience in both Federal and State Courts.
