About

Mr. Harris joined Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc. in May 2013, as a senior appraiser with the Valuation & Advisory Hospitality & Gaming Practice Group. He specializes in the hotel and resort segment with valuation and feasibility applications throughout the West Coast.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, from 2004 to 2011, Mr. Harris worked on a wide array of appraisal and consulting assignments of all major property types throughout the Pacific Northwest and Southern California. Specialties over this period of time included office, retail, and industrial valuation with a significant application of Argus modeling. In 2011, he began focusing on litigation support, arbitration and eminent domain. Valuation assignments ranged from complex land to special purpose assets including school, data-center, self-storage, prison and automobile dealership property types.

Appraisal, expert testimony, consulting, eminent domain and litigation support assignments have included all major property types in the Western United States. Clients include lenders, developers, government agencies, publicly traded REITs, pension funds, private partnerships, attorneys, and family trusts.
