Carolyn Sidor is the Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s New England offices. She oversees all lines of business and leads a team of more than 180 professionals in Boston, MA, Hartford, CT and Manchester, NH who develop creative and holistic real estate solutions for the firm’s investor and occupier clients across the region. She shapes growth strategies and leads recruiting for the market.
In 2019, Cushman & Wakefield was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses by the Commonwealth Institute and the Boston Globe, and was also named Commercial Brokerage Firm of the Year by the Boston Real Estate Times.
Previously, she led Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas’ Specialty Practice Groups and initiatives for business development. Her efforts fostered engagement, community and collaboration within a large-scale enterprise.
Her multi-decade career includes leadership positions locally, regionally and nationally with both commercial real estate services firms and industry organizations, including Cassidy Turley, Colliers International, CB Richard Ellis/New England, Insignia/ESG, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
She is a board member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and a member of GBREB’s Commercial Brokers Association, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, CREW Boston and the Massachusetts Women’s Forum. She is also a member of the Women Fighting Hunger Committee of the Greater Boston Food Bank.
