Charles Crapse is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Institutional Advisory Group. With two decades of experience in commercial real estate and an emphasis on the multifamily sector, Charles brings significant expertise sourcing and securing the most aggressive available capital to meet his clients’ financing, development and disposition needs.
Charles joined Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily team in 2020. The state-wide team focuses on representing institutional and private multifamily owners and investors in the sale of existing properties and developable land throughout Florida, as well as arranging financing, debt and structured equity. In total, the team has transacted over $50 billion in property sales, financing and equity transactions.
Charles’ previous experience includes roles with Walker & Dunlop and JLL’s capital markets teams, where he advised clients on complex capital markets transactions, including sourcing senior and mezzanine debt, equity placements and investment sales. Having also spent time as a lender, owner and intermediary, Charles brings a unique, problem-solving perspective to assignments and constantly strives to provide the highest level of customer service.
Over the course of his career, he has executed assignments throughout the State of Florida as well as most major markets across the Southeastern United States.
