Ms. Phillips is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory and joined the Philadelphia office in 2021. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Phillips served as a Senior Vice President and senior level appraiser at Appraisers & Planners, Inc headquartered in New York. She was with this firm for 15 years practicing and licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. 

Ms. Phillips’ valuation and consulting experience ranges across a variety of property types, includes but is not limited to Class A and B office buildings in Manhattan and DC, high-value development land in Philadelphia and New York and large scale multi-unit residential properties and retail centers across the Mid-Atlantic region.  Notable Assignments include World Trade Center 4 (after completion) World Trade Center 3 (mid-construction) and World Trade Center 2 (development land).
