Christina joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 as a Transaction Manager for a team that supports Cushman & Wakefield's largest occupier clients on the implementation of custom real estate strategies for their corporate real estate portfolio.
Christina has experience in the representation of the federal government and fortune 500 companies throughout their leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements for retail, office, and industrial transactions. Additionally, she has a background in investment management for institutional real estate investors.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Christina worked for JLL as a Transaction Manager and managed the lifecycle of more than 200 commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes the preparation of proposal evaluations, financial analyses of lease proposals, relocation and move cost analyses and comparison matrices of competing offers. Before JLL, Christina worked for Lincoln Financial Group as a Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate Investment Associate and Equity Residential REIT as a Financial Analyst.
Christina graduated from Howard University and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Business Management.
