Corey Black has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail Tenant and Landlord representation. He currently represents a variety of retail clients including Fedex Office, Higher Ground Education, The North Face, Vans, Culver’s, Gong Cha, and Coach. He spearheaded Veggie Grill’s Chicago roll-out with five locations in several key markets.  He has completed flagship locations for The North Face in Bucktown, in addition to Vans stores on both State Street and Michigan Avenue. He is also responsible for the national expansion of It’Sugar, which spans a variety of submarkets across the country. 

Currently, he is focused on the expansion for Higher Ground Education, a national Montessori school with over 60 locations across the United States. In a short time, he has grown the company to 15 locations in urban and suburban markets.   

Mr. Black is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and has a master’s degree in Public Administration from DePaul University.
