Profile

Debra Wollens has focused on the not-for-profit and government sectors throughout much of her 20-year career in real estate.  She has assisted numerous organizations with lease acquisitions and dispositions, property purchases and sales.  Ms. Wollens has developed particular expertise in site selection in New York City’s outer boroughs and non-“central business district” neighborhoods.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Ms. Wollens worked as a financial analyst for HBO and as a press officer in New York City government.
