Previous to her brokerage position in Nashville, Liz worked in asset management for Corporate Services clients such as H&R Block, The UPS Store, Sprint, Ace Cash Express and LifePoint Hospitals. She is well versed in site selection, lease review, lease audit, lease management, operating expense reconciliation and asset management/implementation.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Liz worked for a leading American brewer, as an Internet Specialist handling inbound customer call center communications with customers, retailers and wholesalers at the World Headquarters.
