Based in Atlanta, George Olmstead co-leads Cushman & Wakefield’s local medical office practice with his partner, Brandon Wallace. He is also a Principal with the firm’s National Healthcare Practice Group. A healthcare real estate veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Olmstead is consistently rated as one of Atlanta’s top leasing agents. In 2014, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized him as the No. 1 landlord producer in the metro area, completing more medical office leases than his counterparts who focus on more traditional office leasing. Currently, Mr. Olmstead oversees the marketing and leasing of more than 1 million square feet of medical office buildings. He is also recognized for his healthcare tenant advisory expertise, as he has represented numerous medical practices and healthcare companies find and secure space, whether leasing space or buying/selling their medical office buildings.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Olmstead was a Principal with Olmstead Realty, LLC, a dedicated healthcare real estate services firm, with additional experience gained as an Assistant Vice President with Cousins Properties, Inc., where he oversaw all medical brokerage services for the NSYE traded REIT.
