Mr. Quinn joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Senior Financial Analyst and is responsible for the financial underwriting, market analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multi-housing and land assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Quinn worked as a Financial Analyst for CBRE and prior was a REO property manager for Lavista Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. During his tenure at CBRE, he was responsible for the underwriting and analysis of over $500 million dollars of asset sales, including multiple urban land and equity assignments.

Mr. Quinn attended the University of Florida where he received a Master of Science in Real Estate in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011 from Samford University.
