Jamie Kishel is Cushman & Wakefield’s director of operations for the company’s industrial platform throughout the Americas. He is responsible for driving value-add initiatives to support C&W’s industrial brokerage community. Additionally, he develops strategic marketing plans for brokerage teams across the county and works with brokers to implement unique strategies for securing new business and increasing C&W’s industrial market share across the globe. Additionally, Mr. Kishel is directly responsible for communicating the industrial platform’s value proposition, both within and outside C&W.
Mr. Kishel joined C&W in February 2000. Prior to his current role, he spent 10 years within the firm’s Marketing department, where he continually elevated the quality and strategic value offered to our brokers. Most recently he served as marketing manager for C&W’s Corporate Occupier and Investor Services group, overseeing the strategy and development of business development material for complex multi-service/multi-location requirements.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Kishel spent two years as an office manager for a packaging company.
Mr. Kishel attended the University of South Florida, Tampa, studying Finance and Marketing later transferring to DePaul University in Chicago to complete his studies.
