Joseph Musso is a licensed associate in the Long Island office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he is a member of one of the area’s highest producing investment sales teams under the leadership of Managing Director, Dan Abbondandolo. He provides brokerage services in both commercial leasing and investment sales for retail, multifamily, office, industrial, mixed-use, and development properties within Northern Nassau County.

Joseph attended Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where he majored in Business Management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joseph worked as a loan originator for a capital markets firm located in Manhattan. wherein this role, he focused on equity and debt placement for a wide array of properties in the New York Metropolitan area. His education, coupled with his hands-on working knowledge, has allowed Joseph to better understand this ever-changing market and provide a broad range of services and knowledge to his clients. Joseph lives in Lloyd Harbor, NY and is an avid golfer, boater, and fisherman.
