A Senior Director, Mr. Wasick brings 34 years of real estate experience to bear on behalf of his clientele.  Mr. Wasick joined Cushman & Wakefield after selling his company to the firm effective January 1, 2001.

Mr. Wasick’s experience is varied having handled many significant and complex leasing assignments in Southern California on behalf of Landlord’s and Tenant’s.  He represented SCAN Health Plan in their 117,000 square foot, fifteen year corporate headquarter lease, the Law Firm of Keesal Young and Logan in their purchase of their 157,000 square foot headquarters building and represents Kilroy Realty Corporation in leasing their 1,000,000 square foot Kilroy Airport Center/Long Beach.  A sampling of other firms that Mr. Wasick has represented include Boeing, Airgas-West, Inc., ConocoPhillips Petroleum, Moffatt & Nichol Engineering, Pioneer Medical Group and the City of Long Beach. Mr. Wasick and his partner, Robert Alperin, recently represented the State of California AOC in their negotiations for a new courthouse in Long Beach. Mr. Wasick has also been involved in many investment sales on behalf of his clients.  Over his 34 year career, he has been involved in over 3,000 assignments, representing in excess of 15,000,000 square feet.

Mr. Wasick received his BS in Business Administration, with a specialization in Real Estate and Marketing, from California Polytechnic State University in 1977.  Mr. Wasick is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
