Kristina focuses on multi-market Tenant Representation and Office/Life Science Agency Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield. She successfully navigates real estate transactions on behalf of landlords, as well as working with tenants when representing them in their search for office space. Working with both landlords and tenants, Kristina has a deep understanding of the market, including available properties and companies actively looking for office space.  

In the past three and a half years, Kristina has executed over 275 transactions and created a modern-day prospecting approach that incorporates cross-channel engagement through social platforms, tied with present-day door knocking to source prospective tenants for the buildings she represents. She made Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Associates for 2020 and 2021, earning the Senior Associate title in less than 24-months. She ended 2022 as the number 1 Junior broker in the CW Phoenix office and won NAIOPs Office Broker of the Year with her business partner Scott Boardman. Kristina is also on the DEI committee for NAIOP, the Phoenix chair for C&W’s Future Leaders group and she earned the 7 under 7 award nationally in 2022. This award is selected based on the four pillars of excellence: community service, exceptional performance, outstanding character and active learning. In 2023, Kristina was selected as one of 10 individuals in the Southwest to win Connect CREs Next Generation Awards for the team’s high-profile transactions in 2022 and her influence on the commercial real estate industry.
