Lee England is a Senior Director in the Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory office located in East Lansing, Michigan. As a member of the Retail Practice Group, Mr. England specializes in the valuation of multi-tenant neighborhood shopping centers, regional shopping centers, power centers, stand-alone retail structures, restaurants, gas stations, automobile dealerships, etc. Mr. England has significant experience with the Retail asset class throughout the states of Michigan and Indiana.
Mr. England has completed appraisal and consulting assignments on a wide range of commercial assets. He has been active in real estate valuation and consulting since 2002. In addition to retail assets, other property types appraised by Mr. England include office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, CAFO facilities, assisted living facilities, vacant land, manufactured housing communities and a variety of special purpose properties. Valuations have been provided for proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures, as well as going concerns.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. England was a practicing attorney within the state of Michigan. Additionally, Mr. England is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps, in which he served from 1980-1986.
