Maggie Gonzalez serves as Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Ontario, specializing in retail sales and leasing in the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Maggie strives to offer a high level of customer service to her clients. She combines her local market knowledge and understanding of commercial financing with technology to effectively achieve her clients’ real estate goals. Maggie has more than 15 years in commercial real estate. Her experience includes negotiation, finance, technology and business development. In the course of her career she has completed numerous transactions involving industrial, office, retail and residential product types.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Maggie was a Vice President with NAI Capital in the Inland Empire where she focused on landlord representation and sales. At NAI Capital, she specialized in stabilizing then selling struggling shopping centers. She also worked as a Retail Sales & Leasing Specialist with Progressive Real Estate Partners, Sales Associate with Re/Max Commercial, Century 21 Elite and Metwest Commercial Lending.
