Marian White serves as the Director of Property Management for Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors. Throughout her 37 years in commercial real estate, she has worked on the owner, landlord and tenant side for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Marian has worked on behalf of a Fortune 300 Company, overseeing policies and procedures for corporate owned real estate, managing and coordinating processes to maximize efficiency and ensure consistency. Later she oversaw her company’s largest corporate account with over 3.1 million square feet of home office property with an annual operating budget of $51 million. This included developing and implementing real estate strategies consistent with the business goals and objectives of the client. Marian has also worked on behalf of the State Government, establishing and implementing a new process to fulfill the State’s office space needs of approximately 225 individual leases totaling over 1.0 million square feet.

Currently Marian manages a property management/maintenance team, who oversees a 3.7 million square foot portfolio consisting of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties.
