Matt Writt leads retail brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield Denver. His areas of expertise include building and land sales, development, investment sales, tenant representation and agency leasing.  Matt’s clients range from institutional landlords and national tenants to entrepreneurial local and regional clients in all disciplines of real estate. He has a background in operating businesses, giving clients an operator’s viewpoint in negotiations. Matt places his relationships before individual deals and believes in a partnership way of doing business.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was with JLL leading their retail brokerage practice for Denver.  He started his career with the Polacheck Company and spent seven years with CBRE after CBRE acquired the Polacheck Company.  He has served on numerous National advisory groups within different retail specialties.
