Matt began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 and joined Cushman's St. Louis office from CBRE, where he was vice president and team lead for the St. Louis Multifamily VAS Group. Over the past three years, Matt has provided services on multifamily properties in the metro area with an aggregate value over $3.25 billion.
