Michael Copeland has done an exemplary job representing commercial real estate clients over his 32-year career. During that time, Mike has specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial office space in Santa Clara, Alameda and Contra Costa counties. His emphasis has been representing tenants, landlords and investors in the sale/purchase and leasing of office, R&D and light industrial space. Since 1985, he has completed over 1,400 lease transactions totaling over 24,378,000 square feet of space. Additionally, Mike has handled over 55 land and building sales. His total consideration value is in excess of $1.28 Billion. In September of 2009, Mike joined Cassidy Turley as the Managing Director of its Pleasanton office. Today, due to mergers and acquisitions, the company is now Cushman & Wakefield.

Mike believes in building relationships with clients and will take the time to fully understand their needs and objectives. His vast experience in the market and the relationships he has developed give Mike first-hand knowledge of the many elements that can influence a deal. As an agent aligned with Cushman & Wakefield, Mike has the resources available to assist him with helping his clients to understand the various dynamics of a successful sale/purchase or lease transaction. Mike is able to smoothly guide the client through every phase of the process.
