As a commercial real estate service provider Mike focuses on serving his client’s needs, both large and small, locally and throughout North America. His focus includes assisting occupiers with their needs; including office & industrial brokerage, transaction management, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, build to suit analysis, consolidation studies and economic incentives. He has served his clients not only in the Charlotte market but throughout most of the states in the US as well as Canada for over the last 23 years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor DTZ/Cassidy Turley/Colliers Pinkard, Mike served as an economic development representative for Charlotte and Mecklenburg County through the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
