Nick DiPaolo is the Market Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles region, overseeing a team of more than 85 brokerage professionals across four offices: Downtown, West Los Angeles, El Segundo and Long Beach.

Nick drives the overall strategy across all brokerage services lines, including investment sales; equity, debt & structured finance; and tenant/occupier services. With a focus on building maximum advantage for C&W clients, Nick actively employs C&W’s full-service platform to ensure strategic, integrated solutions that satisfy complex real estate objectives. As part of his role, Nick works closely with Cushman & Wakefield senior leadership, including Andrew McDonald, U.S. West Region President and Michelle Sterlin, Director of Operations for Greater Los Angeles.

Nick previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego where he also served as Market Director, Brokerage. In this position, he oversaw all brokerage professionals in the San Diego and Baja California regions, which included five offices and approximately 95 brokers. Nick began his commercial real estate career at CBRE as an occupier/tenant representation broker.
