Professional Expertise

Pat is a senior member of the Global Transition and Transformation team for GOS. As a Finance Transition Lead, it is Pat’s responsibility to work closely with the client’s finance, treasury and technology teams, along with C&W Corporate IT, to provide a financial system and processes that meets the client’s requirements for vendor management, portfolio financial reporting and integration with their internal financial systems. She also ensures they comply with all GOS and C&W Corporate Finance requirements. As the Finance Workstream lead and key member of a new client’s GOS Transition team, she collaborates with other service line leads, such as Facility Management, Procurement and Human Resources, throughout the course of the transition and stabilization period to provide a seamless client transition experience.

Pat has been with C&W for over 20 years. Before assuming her current role as a Finance Transition Lead in 2014, she was the Financial Management Director for Major Accounts, including both Investor and Occupier clients. In this role, she managed a financial team of nearly 70 accountants and financial mangers on assignments totaling over 150 million square feet.

Prior to joining C&W, she had worked for over 12 years with both public and private accounting and financial companies focusing on real estate.
