Paul Bedborough leads C&W Services, a facilities services business that delivers expert management solutions and coordinated local execution across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. An industry veteran with over 20 years’ executive experience, Paul has lead a comprehensive re-positioning of C&W Services through investment in the company’s people, resources and programs that support the constant need for innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and brand.
His passion for raising the value of the facilities industry for its clients and employees has driven the company’s achievement of milestones in safety, client retention, and employee engagement. Most recently, C&W Services was honored by the National Safety Council with the 2017 Culture of Safety Award.
Under Paul’s leadership, C&W Services has proactively pursued programs to help address the labor gap in skilled tradespeople, which threatens the healthy future of the facilities industry. His five-year commitment to the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation’s Global Workforce Initiative was the first and largest in the industry, and earned C&W Services the Foundation’s Trustees Award in 2016. In 2017, C&W Services further addressed industry labor issues through an expanded program to recruit and support veterans, an apprenticeship program and a pilot program in community outreach to chronically underemployed young adults. Employee engagement programs include introducing a Spot Awards program for all employees and highlighting 100 services stories per year on the C&W Services website, social media, advertising and the firm’s presence at industry events.
Paul earned his MBA at the University of Leicester, UK, and is a member of CoreNet and IFMA.
