Mr. Geiger focuses on  agency leasing and corporate occupier services for the office sector in Western Pennsylvania. With more than 42 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate, Rob is well-versed in brokerage, lease negotiations and  financial analyses. He spent the past 30 years serving as a founding principal of Grant Street Associates before selling the former Alliance firm to Cushman & Wakefield in 2022. Rob’s extensive experience includes representing the 601W Companies in the marketing and leasing efforts for the U. S. Steel Tower in Downtown Pittsburgh; McKnight Realty Partners in leasing several CBD and suburban assets; and Zell Two, Inc. in the leasing efforts for McCandless Corporate Center in Pittsburgh’s North Hills submarket. Extremely driven and  detail-oriented, Rob’s strong market intelligence enables him to thoroughly evaluate and capitalize on opportunities in order to provide the client with the most financially desirable transaction terms.
