Sandra Soong is the Office Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s offices in Downtown Los Angeles and the South Bay markets of El Segundo and Long Beach. In this role, she manages and coordinates administrative activities for each market. Her duties include recruiting and supervising operations staff, as well as communicating employee policies and procedures. She also oversees all new employee onboarding and real estate licensing compliance.
Sandra joined Cushman & Wakefield 13 years ago as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, supporting multiple C-Level executives. Prior to her current role she was the Operations Coordinator for Downtown LA and provided executive support to Andrew McDonald, President, West Region.
