Stephen Schneidau has more than 25 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation and asset disposition and development. He specializes in the Northwest and North (Bush Intercontinental Airport) Houston submarkets.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1999, Mr. Schneidau was a Vice President at Brown, Berry & Company, where he represented clients in development, investment, and lease transactions totaling more than five million square feet.

Before joining Brown, Berry & Company, Mr. Schneidau was a Vice President with Security Capital Industrial Trust (now ProLogis Trust), where he was responsible for the development program and marketing of the Houston portfolio, which totaled more than five million square feet. While marketing this portfolio, he completed 300 lease transactions and 1.1 million square feet of development transactions.

Mr. Schneidau was a Vice President of Southern Realty. He was Asset Manager of more than one million square feet of industrial leasing/management. Mr. Schneidau served on the board of directors of Southern Realty and Southern Holding Company.
