Whitney Johnson joined Cushman & Wakefield | Colorado Springs Commercial in 2022 and specializes in retail services. Whitney provides brokerage and consulting services to owners, tenants and developers of retail properties in Southern Colorado. She is determined to keep her clients informed of market changes and help them protect their real estate interests as they fulfil their business objectives.

In the last 5 years, Whitney has closed 159 transactions, totaling over 1.6 million acres and valued at more than $144 million, including the sale/leasing of 1.34 million square feet of mixed-use space at Victory Ridge, home to In-N-Out’s Colorado production plant and their first Colorado retail location.
Whitney is a native of San Diego, California, and relocated to Colorado Springs with her husband in 2008 to start their family. In her free time, she is usually shuttling her boys to basketball or soccer games or enjoying hiking, biking, paddle boarding and playing with her dog Pike.
