About

David leads Cushman & Wakefield’s 160-strong Specialist Markets Division which includes healthcare, residential, purpose built student accommodation, life sciences, retirement living and other alternative uses, along with our development, repurposing and public sector advisory teams. 
 
The team focuses on delivering advice and executing transactions to owners and end users of assets across the UK bringing together deep market knowledge across alternative sectors with technical skills.
 
David has a background in real estate capital markets and has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on commercial property investment throughout the UK. He has transacted in excess of £4bn of investment sales and acquisitions, development fundings and sale and leasebacks.
