Jacksonville is one of the fastest growing cities in the country—the port and economic development drove the industrial market last year.

Key Highlights

  • Leasing activity was up 3.9% and direction absorption 2.8%
  • There was 4.2 MSF of completed construction and 2.8 MSF is currently under construction
  • Westside accounts for nearly half of warehouse inventory in the area
  • Jaxport’s capacity is 1.3+ TEUs annually and handled 10.9 million tons of cargo
