Asset Services Keeps Roaring with Community Spirit

On May 30, members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team in Sacramento brought their green thumbs and community spirit outdoors for a fun morning of gardening and habitat restoration at the Sacramento Zoo.

Cushman & Wakefield volunteers included Erica Bearden, Gretchen Becker, Trude Hursch, Chanel Lee, Chetta Sinclair, Carolyn Spradley, Lesa Stewart, Debbie Sylva, and Mary Williams. Working from 8am to Noon, the group had an enjoyable and rewarding experience while surrounded by the sights and sounds of many magnificent animals, including elephants, lions, monkeys and all sorts of other zoo creatures.

The Sacramento Zoo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution whose mission is to inspire admiration and connection with wildlife and nature through education, recreation and conservation.  The Zoo’s mission begins with animal welfare, but their dedication doesn’t stop there.  They are also proud to inspire appreciation, understanding, and respect for all living things through stimulating educational opportunities, wholesome recreation, and compassionate and innovative animal care.  For more about the Sacramento Zoo, please visit https://www.saczoo.org/
