Keith Bell and John Christenbury Win Inaugural “The Ringer” Award from Northwood

Keith Bell and John Christenbury of Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte Tenant Representation team have received the inaugural “The Ringer” award from Northwood. The award is presented to Ballantyne’s annual top producing broker. Keith and John received a trophy that is custom-made from local trees and steel from 13146 Ballantyne Corporate Place.

“We are honored to be recognized by Northwood for our efforts in 2019,” Bell said.

Most recently in September 2019, Keith and John, along with Graham Stoneburner, arranged a 30,000-square-foot lease for Segra’s headquarters at the Woodward Building at Ballantyne, located at 11215 North Community House Road in Charlotte. Keith and John also brought UBS, Forest2Market and Lincoln Financial to the property.

“Ballantyne is a fantastic property that has suited many of our clients well,” Christenbury said. “As Charlotte continues to be recognized as one of the Southeast’s greatest cities we believe 2020 will be another strong leasing year.”

The 2,000-acre Ballantyne community is the largest Class A suburban office park in Charlotte and includes more than 4.2 million square feet of office space, thousands of apartments, more than 1,000 single family homes and nearly 600 hotel rooms, as well as dozens of restaurants, medical and retail amenities. Ballantyne is zoned for more than 6 million square feet of office space with additional entitlements in place.
