Rolando Castro, MAI, Appointed to Texas Board by Governor Greg Abbott

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Rolando Castro, MAI, to the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board for a term set to expire on January 31, 2023.

The board performs duties relating to the education, ethics, and certification or licensing of real estate appraisers or appraiser trainees.

Based in the firm’s Houston office, Rolando has been an Appraiser within Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group for the past five years, where he handles appraisal assignments throughout Texas and Louisiana. He has more than 15 years of appraisal experience in real estate valuation and appraisal review; and, has appraised a variety of property types during his career.
