Alex Diaz rejoined Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in October 2021 as Executive Managing Director and Head of Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) Solutions, Global Occupier Services (GOS). This newly created role is focused on driving global growth via best-in-class solutions across the firm's entire occupier client base.

Based in New York, Alex has a global mandate to deliver solutions for the firm’s largest and most complex portfolio and transaction management opportunities, collaborating with Managing Principals, Senior Brokers, and GOS colleagues in key markets to maximize results for clients.

Alex has an extensive track record of building complex integrated solutions and driving results for large corporate occupiers across multiple service lines. He builds on more than 12 years of previous experience at C&W, where he worked with GOS and brokerage teams to build solutions for some of the firm's most valued relationships.

Prior to rejoining C&W, Alex served as Head of Enterprise Client Solutions, Americas at Colliers. Before he initially joined C&W in 2008, Alex was an investment sales professional at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, and he began his real estate career as a broker at Trammell Crow Company.

He is a native English speaker and is fluent in Spanish.
